01General Rules

These Terms & Conditions form a legally binding agreement between the pron00 platform and all its users. pron00 is an internationally licensed online gaming platform operated specifically for users in Bangladesh.

Accessing or using pron00 in any capacity indicates your full acceptance of these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please refrain from using pron00.

02Account Registration & Verification

You must be 18 years of age or older to register an account on pron00. All information provided at the time of registration must be accurate, complete, and up to date. Accounts created using false information may be terminated at any time.

Only one account is permitted per person, family, household, IP address, or device. As part of its KYC (Know Your Customer) process, pron00 may request identity verification documents at any time, such as a national ID or passport.

• Keeping your account password confidential is your responsibility — do not share it with anyone.
• If unauthorized access to your account is detected, contact support immediately.
• To update the mobile number or email address linked to your account, please contact our support team.
• Transferring or selling your account to another person is strictly prohibited.

03Deposits, Withdrawals & Payments

All deposits and withdrawals on pron00 must be made through approved payment methods, including bKash and Nagad. Withdrawals are generally processed via the same method used for the original deposit.

Minimum deposit and withdrawal amounts are listed in the account section on pron00 and are subject to change over time. Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 24 hours, though the verification process may take additional time.

• Payments made using a third party's bank account or mobile banking number are not permitted.
• There are no transaction fees on deposits; however, fees charged by your payment provider may apply.
• Withdrawals may be temporarily placed on hold if fraud is suspected, even if a balance is available in the account.
• Deposits made by credit or debit card may require additional verification.

04Bonuses & Promotional Offers

All bonus offers on pron00 — including welcome bonuses, deposit bonuses, free spins, cashback, and referral bonuses — are subject to specific terms and conditions. The applicable terms are listed alongside each offer and should be read carefully.

Once a bonus is claimed, withdrawals will not be permitted until the wagering requirement for that bonus has been met. For example, if a bonus carries a 30x wagering requirement, you must place bets totalling 30 times the bonus amount.

• Bonus offers must be used within the specified time period; expired bonuses will be cancelled automatically.
• Some games do not contribute, or only partially contribute, toward bonus wagering requirements — this information is noted alongside each game.

05Gaming Rules & Fair Play

All games on pron00 are powered by an RNG (Random Number Generator) system that is regularly audited by independent third parties, ensuring every game outcome is completely fair and not predetermined.

Live Casino games are conducted via live streaming with real dealers. Sports Betting outcomes are determined by the results of real matches. If a technical error affects a game outcome, pron00 reserves the right to void that round.

• If your internet connection drops during a game, your bet remains active — the result will be available once you reconnect.
• If a technical error causes an incorrect result to be displayed in any game, the correct result will be deemed final.
• In Sports Betting, if a match is abandoned or does not take place as scheduled, bets will be refunded.

06Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on pron00. Any violation will result in permanent account closure, and any remaining balance may be forfeited.

• Using automated software, bots, or scripts to play games is strictly prohibited.

07Account Suspension & Closure

If your account is closed due to a policy violation, eligibility to recover your balance depends on the nature of the violation. Remaining balances on accounts closed for non-fraudulent reasons are generally returned.

• An account with self-exclusion enabled cannot be reopened before the designated period has ended.
